February. At last!
February is prime strawberry time here in Florida. I celebrated with a batch of strawberry jam and since the kids got a large bag of apples I am also making some apple crisps
Can't wait to smell the house tonight when I get home.

ReplyDeleteOh my gosh, just remembered I have some canned apples from a while back still in the cold room. Apple crisp for me too (except I mean the dessert with crumble topping and cream). :) Nice looking jam!

ReplyDeleteStrawberries - yum! And dried apple slices are yet another reason why I want to get a dehydrator sooner rather then later.
ReplyDeleteYum!! Nothing beats homemade strawberry jam! Those apple crisps looks good. Do you sprinkle cinnamon on them? I tried it when I made a batch of dehydrated apples and it was good.
